Well planned is much more than half done
At Balanus, we have worked to improve the quality and manageability of pipe installation. For each of our contract projects, we produce a millimetre-accurate job design that includes every part of the piping system to be installed. We already carry out well over half of the most demanding phases of our contracting projects under factory conditions. In individual projects, we have achieved prefabrication rates of up to 80-90%. This means better quality, on-time delivery and cost-efficiency for our customers. Waste is minimised and the management of waste generated is better controlled than in site conditions. Our clients can easily monitor the progress and documentation of our works on their mobile phones, down to the second. The entire piping system on our contract is split into prefabricated sections, the status of which is updated on our system in real time.
Along with digitalisation, prefabrication will play a major role in improving productivity.
